After you choose a category, you will see a list of available products. This allows you to make an informed decision about any purchase that you make.

Shipping Options

We use UPS in most cases. Please choose the shipping method that will get your product to you in time. If possible, UPS ground shipping is significantly cheaper than air shipping.

Delivery Time

Delivery time for a product is dependent on the turnaround time listed on its detail sheet. The turnaround time represents the number of days, from the time of purchase, that the product will be ready to leave our storage facilities. For example, if you order a banner stand with a 6 day turnaround that banner stand will leave Tradeshowdirect within six days of your purchase. The shipping option that you choose will determine how many days it will take to reach you after that.

Return Policy

Returned merchandise must be in a new, resellable condition. Tradeshowdirect charges a 25% restocking fee and customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Exclusions

Custom printed graphics are not returnable
Pop-up display fabric panels are not returnable
Panel displays other than Breeze are not returnable
