Dye Sub Printing

Dye-Sub Graphics

Dye-sublimated fabric refers to the process of producing a digital image on fabric material. Most of our trade show displays use a poly knit fabric that allows for slight stretching. When tension is applied, wrinkles disappear resulting in a seamless graphic. We use an 8 color process for this substrate, which is the highest quality available in the industry.

Your artwork is printed on a special transfer paper, then fed through heated rollers that press and essentially burn the ink into the fabric. It creates a fabric graphic that will never fade, even after 100 machine washes, ironing or steaming.

Our dye-sub fabric comes with various finishing options, such as adding grommets, pole pockets, Velcro, or hemmed edges.

Dye-Sub rates may vary by size and material. Call us or request a quote for specific pricing.
