Modular Trade Show Displays

Modular Displays

Advantages and Uses

The beauty of modular trade show displays is their ability to work in limitless spaces and configurations. For example, an Exhibit Line Kiosk can expand to a 10x10 basic structure with a few additional pieces. And it doesn’t stop there. As your company grows, so will your trade show floor space. So when you’re ready to expand to a 10x20 or 10x30 space, forget about buying an entire new booth — just build on what you already own.

When you’re not exhibiting, use part of your booth as a demo unit in your office, or display a monitor showcasing your products or services.

Even though a modular display is quite possibly the last display you’ll ever buy, rest assured that your booth can be recycled at the end of its trade show life. Most modular display hardware consists of recycled and recyclable materials.

Disadvantages and Incorrect Uses

Depending on the display, you might run into complicated setups with multiple tools. Tradeshowdirect only sells tool-free (or close to it) assembly modular displays, such as the Exhibit Line and XR Line. The Alumalite Displays are a great example of assembly requiring multiple tools, a lot of time, and a lot of patience. We recommend you go as easy as possible every time, which is why we sell Exhibit Line Displays.

Purchasing a modular display is definitely an investment. Be prepared to spend over $5,000 for a complete system. Depending on your display size, you’ll also be looking at $300 or more in shipping costs (which is fairly cheap when compared to custom built displays of the same size).
