Uses and Design Process

These displays are for those customers that want to get a step ahead of the competition or are looking to do larger displays.

The process of coming up with and producing these displays may change with each company's individual needs. We typically start by talking to you and finding out your desires and offering our suggestions. Then we pull examples of other jobs or concepts we feel offer aspects that meet your goals. If we can come to some agreement at this point and wish to move forward, we start the specific display design process, which involves coming up with 3D renderings or flat drawings that are specific to your display. From this point on, our designers and producers work hard to complete your project with individual attention.

Mural Panel

Mural Panels are the graphic panels that are hung on pop-up displays side-by-side, replacing the standard fabric panels, and used to create large backdrop images. They are produced with the Display Flex process. Display Flex is a digital print, up to photographic quality (depending on the file resolution), printed on 7 mil photo satin paper and thermally laminated with a 10 mil texture top and a 5 mil gloss back. The final product is rigid, but still rollable, scratch resist, and safe to wash off with a mild detergent. The graphic is equipped with hanging hardware and magnets so it is ready to hang on a pop-up display. Mural panels are often used as an upgrade from Detachables because they can create one larger image.

Sizes

While a custom structure can be any size, it usually denotes larger displays in the 20 x 20 size or larger.

Graphics

All of our graphic capabilities are available for these displays. The style or kind of graphic depends on what is trying to be achieved. The graphics could be traditional laminated graphics, fabric graphics, or mounted graphics (Usually mounted on Sintra, a plastic material).
